Surf and windsurfing french coast

Right then- i'm gonna cruise down to france in a camper in July for three weeks with surf and windsurf gear. May get to spain. The surf may be dire but only time i can go. Any advice on massive crowds to avoid, decent wavesailing spots good campsites - any advice is really appreciated. Cheers

start off at omaha beach; down to grande ville, futher down to pluoharnel on the quiberon penninsular (east coast and west coast), down to st jean du mont, then to tranche sur mer and if you want futher south biscaruss (spelling?) just south of arcachon. thats as far as i got last summer.
