Rough Ride 2007

I am only doing the 40KM, last year it was very hot and I got cramp in both quads. This year should be cooler, may even rain later. Have a good one !!

I've done all five of these, and they seem to get harder and harder as they play with the route. Today was v tough with a lot of soft grass/moorland climbs. We only did the half course this year for a number of reasons and it was still v hard, but still a great ride.

Not just me that took the shorter option then! I didn't really enjoy it I just found it a slog most of the time.
I really wasn't sure about some of the trails they it just seams like they stuck a few markers in the right direction
through the gauze/heather bog or what ever was in the way.
When it was on trails it was softgrass or deeply rutted making pedaling a nightmare. I think I will stick to the meridas they seem to plan the routes a bit better
