Sennen Cove bodyboarding - any advise

Hi guys,

We off to Sennen Cove in Cornwall tomorrow and hoping to give bodyboarding a go again.

We are both good swimmers and bodyboarded but not on waves like I have viewed at Sennen.

Is it safe for us to give it a go?

Steve

Yep, Sennen can be great for surfing or body-boarding, but as with ANY beach it can be dangerous.

Stay within your limits, don't go out if it looks too much for you and generally play safe.

Bodyboarding isn't inherently dangerous, but the sea can kill. Get to learn the basics and stay within the limits of your ability and you should be fine.

Al.
