Windsurf & MTB Holiday destination

We're not sure if we can afford it yet, but its my 40th next year so we might treat ourselves to a nice holiday. Anyone got any suggestions of destination / resort.

It must be family friendly with activities for a 5 year old, preferably a proper kids club. I obviously want some activities too, windsurfing and Mountain biking if possible. And it has to be proper (high wind) windsurfing and Mountain Biking on decent trails.
Anna will want comfortable accommodation a few things to visit and see, along with possibly some easier windsurfing, MTBing or activities such as kayaking and snorkelling.

Obvious choice is Vassiliki, what are the MTB trails like there?

Any other suggestions that I can look into?
