[Website Update] Beachguide & Counter

I've just added some info on Hoylake in the Cheshire and Lancashire section of the North West Beachguide...Thanks to Burgy for that.

I've also taken the counter off from the left hand menubar as it wasn't really accurate, and it got in the way and slowed things down a bit...so its gone!...I now have other means of tracking the stats anyway.
