Is there ever going to be any wind?
Where's all the wind gone?

Doesn't seem to have been any for weeks now... and nothing showing on any forecast for the foreseeable future. And I missed the last
lot of midweek westerlies due to work. Not making that mistake again
Arrggghh.
Well I suppose it gives BT time to fix the line for the weather station...

Hi Neal,
There looks to be some wind on the horizon for next week. Fingers crossed.
The weather station 'should' be working at the moment.
It is right at this second!
BT have put in a temporary line for us until they can come out and dig up the old one to fix it. That means that at the moment I only
have a 100kbps connection (if I'm lucky), but it does seem to be enough for the weather station PC to upload what it needs to upload
every minute... Most of the time anyway.

Aha... I'm afraid there isn't much I can do about that part of the weather station. I doubt BT can fix the wind either!!

Indeed I expect fixing the the wind is beyond the capability of BT - the Automobile Association perhaps? their Ads lately seem to say
they can fix most things....

I think it'll take more than a 'Very Nice Man' unfortunately.
Still, it's perfect BBQ weather out there at the moment so we shouldn't complain too much - A nice 25 knot sea breeze would certainly
add to the fun though.
