May as well get it direct from Stoked Publications.... I've been meaning to for a
while.
I don't think there is a simple way to sell it via FON though. 
Not at the mo anyway.

Its not very easy to pay for the guide through STOKED PUBLICATIONS...I tried there first before getting a copy from Kiteworld...Costs a
lot in postage from anywhere as it weighs 2.5KG!!

don't think you can.
