Mood: The all new Vertigo Hybrid!!!!

Blade Vertigo 12M

Just recived the new Vertigo hybrid 12m In Green and Black

My initial thoughts were the green and black colour - ERRRRR...
But its an awesome colour!
The kite is well built and have added extra protection to the kite.
On the leading edge they have put a scrub strip in the stitching to protect from the rub you get while on the beach.
Also extended the webbing on the LE by an inch.
The struts are thin like the Horn 06 was.
I took the kite out on Monday just to see what it was like in the air and due to the excitement.
Wicked - the wind was about 18/20 mph, some nice lagoons forming at SS, the kites was very stable and the de-power was awsome.
By just letting go of the bar it just hung there - no power at all but pull the bar down and instant power WHAM I'M IN THE AIR,
Quick turn and very responsive.
So muppet took the 12m out for a test.
I would like to hear his verdict from Tue.
Today I took the kite again to SS in light winds just to see its low end was like...
Well all I can say is FOOOOK me 8/10mph 12m and muppet was on the water on a skimboard...
Can I just say muppet has nothing to do with Blade, he was just testing the kite as he can use a skim board as I can't yet,
I've attached some photos.
The water was hardly moving...
