Week of the 22nd

Any one around this week or planning anything as I have the week off. There has got to be some wind somewhere.

2nd half of the week could be OK for some wind in the estuary at the moment, but nothing definite.

I'm off to Tiree on Weds, for a long weekend.

There's a couple of spaces in the cottage but you'll have to sort your own transportation now.

There'd better be some wind there.....?

Im off to cornwall Friday for the weekend, 900 students to give lessons to at the student event, you can launch kites for me if you want Mark!

Dunk, Me and Dan D are going to meet up in Tenby Tues as there aeems to be some wind done there. If it starts blowing in the estuary Wed we will be up.

thought it was going to be estuary weather this weekend but it's looking good for a s/w.....mmmm borth or blackrock..can't decide which yet..

typical i'm leaving for tenby at 1 today, best day for wind, but with the new contra 17m in the boot, i know i can get out in sub 10mph now..me and Dan did on sunday at borth great fun riding the waves in sod all wind......

see everyone sat/sun i hope

Wind in the estuary has gone now.... but it did get up to around 25 knots for an hour or so today.

Weekend does look exciting though... Shame I have a 3yr olds birthday party to go to!... I'm sure I'll fit a sail in though.

Well in the end we made a last minute change of plan and went to Oxwich Bay in the Gower. Cracking place. Parking right on the beach and a hotel serving good food and beer.

Missed the best of the wind Tues but Wed was out on the 11 sonic till lunch on full depower then it started to drop off.

Getting ready for a possible trip to Dovey the weekend after seing the forecast.

Don't worry dude, I was out in the estuary anyway.

I windsurfed Oxwich many moons ago, from what I remember it was a nice part of the country.

I will be at blackrock in the morning.
probably get there about 10.30ish.

will be camping on the beach.
look out for the big white camper.

this is us set up last week at the rock in that glorious sunshine !
