what i ment was that i thought last weekend was the end of the winter kiteing season at Blackrock.

no you can kitesurf on the sea but not kite buggy basically you can kite on the sea but no kiting is allowed on the beach from mid march ,but we have a arrangement with the beach patrol so we can kite all year round
