An ill wind

Its not fair, why when I'm ill is it always windy!

It's a 'ill wind' that blows no good.

Poor you Al. If it makes you feel any better, Ive spent 3 days teaching, in near perfect winds, and have been so busy, I didnt even get lunch breaks. I managed to cross the estuary twice, under powered on school kites today and thats it. Gutted.
Get well soon any way
