End of Month Ride - Doethie Valley

The Ystwyth MTB end of month ride for August is Sunday 30th Aug 2009 Doethie valley.

Leave Aberystwyth at 9:00 to get to Llyn Brianne dam for 10:00-10:30 23 km. A natural route that includes a classic descent down the Doethie valley.

Doubt if I'll be fit enough for this though which is a shame... Although 23km isn't too far.
