Would love to Shem - Did try phoning you last night - But my ribs still hurt too much really.
I think I'll have a rest today and hope they start healing soon.

Al I would advise you to rest a while..take a week off and see how you feel(although still take it easy,)..I do not know the dynamic of
the accident and thus what happened to the ribs, but rest a bit because every little strain will make the condition worse taking longer
than what is due to recover...
just an advice
