Duathlon, adventure style
probably a question for you Al. Im thinking about a duathlon. Ideally an off road style one. Ive seen the one that also includes
canoeing. Any suggestions on one to get me started, shorter the run the better! Oh and localish ifposs!

They do some at Coed y Brenin that always look good. I've been tempted myself. As far as I remember the format is:
Trail run - MTB - Trail run
I'll see if I can find some info for you.

Thats exactly the one I was thinking about Al, I seem to remember that last year the turn out was very bad, so maybe they knocked the
