For those that haven't found the diary entry yet, have a look at these pics of me and some friends "trying" to toboggan down a sand dune on a round dustbin like sledge/tray

great fun, control really doesn't come into it though

You should have done it on a snowboard Paul...

Theres some photos of us snad-boading that have been on this site since the beginning of time!!! You can actually buy specialised sand-boards as well.

Trouble is its not exactly environmentally friendly and we always get told off by the wardens when we do it!!

Mind you, it was more 'fun' doing it in a box in the pouring rain on a dune in the Outer Hebrides!!! See this photo!

yeh a snowboard would have been great, but it wasn't really planned so we just made use of what we could lay our hands on, still great fun and lots of laughing watching all the crashing and rolling down the slope.

anyway it's not going to hurt the stoke factor
