The Scottish Islands are cool.... I like the Outer Hebrides myself as they are even quieter, have better surf and you get a real feeling of adenture while your there looking for suitable sailing / surfing spots. On top of which the scenery is just amazing, and I never get over the pure white beaches without any footprints on them. The people are friendly, the pace of life slow and the windsufing and surfing is amazing.

I haven't been there for a couple of years now, so will have to get up there again soon.

Cold or not, the place looks amazing. Great beaches, wind, waves, the lot.

I've got a kite-boarding video which has some clips of people wake-boarding in the shallows behind a galloping horse... Its looks pretty good, as they are gettgin in some really commited, fast carves and covering all the 'paddlers' with spray... And, as far as I know horses don't rust!!

they may not rust, but I wouldn't trust one as far as I could throw it, I'm fairly certain all horses are EVIL

IMHO
