The back isn't too bad now, although it does still hurt. However, there wasn't enough wind for windsurfing, my smallest kite is a 13m so there may have been a little too much for that and, most importantly the surf was as good as it gets, so I went surfing at the Lifeboat Station instead. 3-4 foot to start with, with slightly offshore winds, the point was Good! It did drop off after a while though. I did think about going windsurfing later once the wind had picked up properly, but decided to watch the Grand Prix instead.

There is some 'proper' wind here this morning though!
